Preheat oven to 425F and grease a baking sheet with a tsp of avocado oil.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the garbanzo bean flour, avocado oil, water, and seasonings until smooth.
Pour pizza dough onto baking sheet and spread into an even 8″ circle. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are slightly browned.
Remove from oven and let cool.
Vegetarian Pizza Toppings
While pizza crust is cooking/cooling, grate cheese, measure out sauce, and chop any veggies you wish to top your pizza with.
Once pizza has cooled slightly, spread sauce evenly over the 8″ crust and top with cheese and veggies. Drizzle pizza toppings with avocado oil and sprinkle with preferred seasonings (I chose black pepper).
Bake for another 10-12 minutes, or until veggies are tender and cheese is melted.
For a crispier crust, bake longer than the recommended, initial 10-12 minutes.
